Secure copy as an offsite sync tool

I need to keep some data in sync at an offsite location and was wondering if secure copy has a feature that i can use that will copy the data and then keep only the changes in sync.  The data is about 2.5tbs in size and contains millions of small files.

    Hello  ,

    Secure Copy is designed as "copy" tool, but also takes into account the "modified" date of files and provides options to only "copy" data that has been modified. You can set scheduled tasks for a Secure Copy job to run at regular intervals, hourly, daily, weekly, etc. Secure Copy will then update the modified files when a copy job is run via the GUI, scheduled task, or command-line.
