RapidRecovery 6.0.2.144 notifications errors

Hi.

We upgraded appassure from 5.4.3 to rapidrecovery 6.0.2 in june. We had a problem with notification and we find the KB to resolve the problem. All was fine until last week. Our server restart due to a WIndows update. Now, rapidrecovery can't send any kind of notification (by email, toaster, windows event...) . I tried to apply the KB190334 without success.

    Hi Eric:

    First thing to do is to install the lates cumulative patch (Check support.software.dell.com/.../download-new-releases).

    KB#190334 refers to the Core level notifications. However, some events may have been set up at agent level and the specific information in the registry still remains To check, please open regedit and navigate to:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AppRecovery\Core\Agents\<agentID>\EventsService\AgentAlertingPolicy

    for each agent (goes vithout saying that <agentID> is a GUID.

    If there is any value in there, please delete it (you should have only (Default) REG_SZ (value not set). Bounce the core service. This may solve the issue.
