Appassure BMR can't find Destination disk.

I'm preforming a bare metal restore to disimillar hardware, and Appassure can't find the disk on the target machine.

Restoring to a 13g dell Poweredge R430. The disks are in a RAID 1 controlled by a PERC H330.

Is there something I'm missing, usually the disk pulls up with no issues?

    Did you inject the Perc Controller Drivers into the boot cd when you created it? If not, then that is probably the issue.  It can't access the storage controller so it can't see the disks.

    Tim,

    I would usually extract with 7Zip and take the corresponding .inf file.

    This time is didn't extract the .inf. I extracted with the build in extraction option of the .EXE, and the .inf files were extracted correctly.

    Thank you! I went full circle and it all came down to not using 7ZIp.
