Have Rollups Changed in 6.1 ?

Has the rollup procedure changed in 6.1?

It looks like it rolls up one by one now, rather than all together - which stopped replications before.

I tried to find information on it but currently failing.

In fact, im wrong. Same procedure in old versions, still blocks replications and other jobs for all agents.
Back to the new 6.1 rollup PS script support.quest.com/.../205880
