Base Image and snapshots are successful but Roll-up jobs fail

A bad record has been read. There may be a problem with the repository or the underlying storage device.

    Interestingly enough, after reading the error the first time, they seem to change to simply report: Error: CompleteAdding may not be used concurrently with additions to the collection.

    Maybe this is a new issue. Maybe it's related. I can't find anything useful on either.
