im protecting few vsphere 6.5 VM on a 6.2.1.100 host
everything works fine ,but if i click on any protected VM i have this warning:
on mouse over the warning sign it says that some volumes are absent (translation as i use french GUI)

I fixed the problem following a procedure that was sent last year in a support case i opened.
"- Disabled IPV6 - Solution 1 - support.quest.com/.../agent-volume-information-will-not-display-upon-agentless-protection
- Updated the host file - C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc with the short names and FQDN of ESXi hosts & vcenter
- added workaround from KB 188705 - support.quest.com/.../agentless-backups-fail-on-a-french-based-core-operating-system
- removed Vcenter
- Add Vcenter with VM"
I think all steps are not necessary, i personally did not edit the host files.
