We are running core version 6.1.3, and after the latest Windows updates, we are seeing two messages when launching the admin console for Rapid Recovery:
The first error happens when we first access the page after starting the core service:
The second time we try to go to the admin page after waiting for a few minutes, the browser hangs for several minutes (like 30), and eventually displays an error box:
Error occurred during request execution
Is anyone else having this issue, or can recommend steps to troubleshoot? The Apprecovery log looks fine, and backup jobs appear to be running, etc. We just can't mount recovery points through the console since the console does not launch.
