Local Mount Utility Mail Restore cannot find additional database

Hello, I am using the local mount utility for a 6.4 core, and when I try a Mailbox Restore to mount the database, it says Database File 'e:\db\db2013\db2013.edb' does not exist. It can mount the default database in the cdrive no problem, but these additional database are not able to be opened with the local mount utility mailbox restore. From within in the core I was able to open the databases and see mailstore data, but the local mount utility cannot.

Parents
  • the additional dbs are in

    Database1

    e:\db\db1\db1.edb

    Log Path

     L:\logs\db1

    system

    L:\logs\db1

    Database2

    e:\db\db2\db2.edb

    Log Path

    e:\logs\db2

    System

    e:\logs\db2

and both I get the same error, I tried removing the protected machine from the core entirely, and a new base image again but it still did the same, but it can open the database properly when I supply file paths manually with the Mailbox Restore program

  • Are those paths correctly identified on the Agent summary page in the core console? Are they properly displayed in the Recovery Point metadata when you browse with the Local Mount Utility?
