I have a few machines that I have upgraded the agents to 6.3 that are failing because of the same error
The transfer failed: 'Call to service method hq01file007:8006/.../ GET failed: Exception from HRESULT: 0x80042318'
The client is able to reset the vss keys but this is not a fix to the issue.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
