Why are support links broken? I need the answer in a certain KB and Page Not Found.

Hello - I need the results of the above link but it doesn't resolve. Where did all this information go? I have the exact same problem and can't find the answer, only loops to these links.
Is there an archive somewhere?

      Thank you - yes, they work now. Do these need to be manually corrected each time? I have seen several other broken links.
