Unable to prepare the following component for backup operation: Back Links

For the last week we are have been receiving the following error for (2) of our domain controllers. LDAP ports are open. We are using RMAD FE v10

"Unable to prepare the following component for backup operation: Back Links. Unable to connect to LDAP server. Target server: localhost. Port: 389. Unable to connect to LDAP server. Timeout."

Hello Paula,

We have 30 seconds timeout for this operation. Possibly your DC was under heavy load at backup time. If problem persists then contact our support service.
