Error in Recovery Manager for AD

Hello Experts!

I just created my registration here with the hope that i will find help on the error below.

My customer is using Quest Recovery Manager for Active Directory Version: 9.0.0.14792

When i try the "Restore AD Objects Online" > "Compare, restore, and report changes in Active Directory" > selecting my domain > selecting any backup to extract from 

i get the following error message:

In the Application log there are the following Warning events:

Anyone encountered the same error? What are the steps to resolve this issue?

    Run the MSConfig command, go to the Boot tab and select the Active Directory Repair option. After restarting Windows Server will boot into DSRM mode (Directory Services Restore Mode). Start Windows Server Backup (wbadmin) and select Recover

    How do I manually backup Active Directory?
    Backup the Active Directory database
    Now go to the Server Manager and click on Tools >> Windows Server Backup, in order to open it. 
    Once the server backup opens, click on Backup Once to initiate a manual AD database backup
