Error when restoring AD Objects from the web portal.

Version: 10.1.0.26453

Using the recovery manager console, I can successfully restore or undelete any object without issue.

However, when using the web portal, I receive the following error messages:

Could not recover object "ObjectName": The request cannot be processed. Error occurred while opening database. Details: Cannot access file, the file is locked or in use
Event viewer shows and event id 9007.
Reason: The request cannot be processed.
Error occurred while opening database.
Details: Cannot access file, the file is locked or in use.
I haven't been able to find any relevant KB articles on this issue. Any advice?
