    You can use the Microsoft Import service to import a PST file to Office 365, using Regain PST to Office 365 Migration Tool. With the help of this tool  allows you to import email, contacts, and calendar items from a PST file to the user's mailbox in Office 365. 

    Here's a general outline of the process:

    • First, you'll need to prepare the PST file you want to import. Make sure that the file is in a location that is accessible from your computer.
    • Next, sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center, and go to the Import service page.
    • Pick the user whose mailbox you want to import the PST file, and then select the Import option.
