Problems with Backup and Recovery Solutions and Quest NetVault – Any Advice?

I’ve been experiencing several issues with my backup and recovery solutions while using Quest NetVault. The primary problem is that the backup process frequently fails, or it takes significantly longer than expected to complete, even with relatively small datasets. This has caused disruptions in our workflow, especially when backups need to be restored quickly.

Additionally, when attempting to recover data using backup and recovery solutions, the process doesn’t always go smoothly. Sometimes, the system hangs or the recovery is incomplete, which is worrying when dealing with critical data. I've already checked the configurations, made sure that all the necessary updates are installed, and reviewed system logs for any errors, but the issues persist.

Has anyone faced similar challenges with Quest NetVault in terms of backup and recovery performance? What steps or configurations have you found effective in improving the reliability and speed of backups and recovery?
