You can export your OST files to Gmail either manually or automatically.
Manually follow these steps, which I have used for fewer OST file conversions:
Open Microsoft Outlook and go to file > open & export > import/export.
Choose import from another program or file > Outlook data file.
Then, browse and select your files and choose the option to import items into the same folder in your Gmail account.
