I have an OST file from Outlook 2016, and I’m trying to convert it to PST without losing the original folder hierarchy. Outlook isn’t letting me import it directly, as Outlook doesn’t allow you to manually import OST files. That’s because OST files are offline replicas of mailbox data and are tied to the original Outlook profile and Exchange settings they were created with.
