How Can I Safely Preview NSF File Data Before Starting a PST Conversion?

Hi all,
I've been tasked with migrating some old Lotus Notes data (NSF files) to Outlook, and before jumping into the complete NSF-to-PST conversion, I'd like to preview the contents first — mainly to check for data accuracy and completeness.
Does anyone know of a method or tool allowing a safe preview of NSF file contents (emails, attachments, contacts, etc.) without converting the entire file? Ideally, I'd like something to display the mailbox structure and individual items before exporting anything.
Any recommendations or tools you've used successfully would be appreciated. I appreciate any help you can provide.

    You need to use a trustworthy, reliable program to safely look at NSF file data before converting it to PST. I used the Softaken NSF to PST Converter for this, and it worked great.

    Here's how I did it without any problems:

    • Download and install the NSF to PST Converter. It's safe and doesn't take up much space.
    • Open the tool and add your NSF file from your system.
    • The software automatically scans the file and shows a preview of all folders and items, like emails, contacts, calendars, etc.
    • You can click on each folder to view the actual data before converting anything. Then, select PST, browse output location, and click on the Convert Now tab to start the process of Conversion.

    This gave me confidence that I was converting the right data. Highly recommended for safe and accurate previewing!
