I just recently had the challenge of handling over 300 separate .vcf files exported from different devices and platforms (Gmail, Outlook, iPhone). I tried some manual ways and a few online tools (most of which failed or distorted the data), but ended up with a much better solution. I used the WholeClear Merge vCard Software on my Windows PC. It made it easy to combine VCF files into one clean .vcf file, with all contacts — names, emails, phone numbers, and yes, even notes included. My favorite feature was that it could combine VCF contacts in bulk and keep all the fields intact. It handles all versions, so you do not have to worry about formatting issues. If you need to merge vCard files without losing your data, it is worth looking into.
