Impact.MD Error

Hello Support Community,

I'm getting an Impact.MD error on multiple scanners that we support. Could someone explain what causes this error and what we can do to resolve this issue because its causing a lot of problems for our employees?

Hi Ronny,

If you are receiving errors when trying to scan into Impact.MD, I would suggest submitting a ticket at http://www.remote-scan.com/customer/contact.php, and one of our RemoteScan technicians should be able to assist with resolving this.
