SharePlex today doesn't support Oracle 19c. Are you looking to upgrade/setup replication with Oracle 19c? What is the timeline that you are looking for this?
The 9.4.0 release is currently in beta and covers Oracle 19c on linux. We do not have a committed date, but are targeting a release to market around the beginning of May.
