Previous versions had more builds, support cases and bug fixes generated new subversions, but this year, the 11.x versions are still in their initial build.
¿what does this mean?

Hi Carlos,
Build numbers are primarily used to track and identify the different stages of software development. Processes, individual developer behavior, branch management, etc. are all items which may contribute to the number of builds. No conclusion/interpretation should be drawn by looking at build numbers across versions.
If there is a specific concern that you have, you can reach out to me directly at richard.schiller@quest.com.
