Can Spotlight Monitor Instances in AWS?

Spotlight doesn't support monitoring of Amazon RDS as it's a managed instance. Spotlight has been tested and can monitor Amazon EC2 which is is installed on VMWare and not fully managed by Amazon. Hope that has helped.
