Spotlight not working

Hello! Spotlight just stopped working. It was connected to the servers and running as it should, then I just stopped working. I have tried to contact support but I need the License Number. That is something we could not get from the previous dba.
Any help will be appreciated.

Good day Elchico you can either contact customer support via chat or via request.. they can assist you in creating a ticket to get your license. https://support.quest.com/contact-support on the lower right of the page you will see both links to start a live chat or to submit the request https://support.quest.com/contact-us/customer-service this one does not need for you to have an active license or active support contract to interact with them.

also, you can contact @QuestExperts on twitter via direct message and they can assist you in creating this request as well.
