Hi.
I want to disable the deadlock alert.
When I tried to select checkbox 'Disable this alarm' at 'Alarms' section (at Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Center Application) it continued to send alert emails on deadlock on this server.
Then I saw that there is an 'Alarm actions' section so I removed the action for deadlock, hopefully it will help.
But not clear why needed option 'Disable this alarm' if it continued to send email alerts for deadlock, for what this option is?
