STAT 5.8.1 Staging DB Requirement

We have both a STAT development and production environment.  Should each environment have it's own staging database or can it share one?

    Darn it, I think it lost my reply when I had to log in.

    I do, and I think that's the way it's been everywhere I've used STAT. If I recall correctly, it maintains a separation based on the calling system, so STAT DEV <> STATPRD. But, you need to turn off object locking in DEV if you're using it in PRD, and you need to change all the targets to point back to dev, so you don't end up migrating anything.

    Hmmmm, no way to edit once submitted. By "I do", I mean I use the same staging DB.
