Timeline for Quest stat(for Peoplesoft) upgrade 6.1 to 6.3

We are planning to upgrade our STAT application from 6.1 to 6.3. We use STAT for Peoplesoft application. Kindly let us know the timelines for the upgrade. Thanks.

I just upgraded fro 6.1 to 6.3. It took about 12 hours because of the requirement for PeopleSoft users to run the PSConvert utility. That process alone was nearly 11 hours. We are a WIndows 10 Sql Server 2012 site.
