Allow Attachments in Stat to be opened and viewed in browser.

Stat attachments must be downloaded first before being able to view them.  Customers would like to view attachments without having to download them first.  Ideally, they would like to click on an attachment and be able to view in a browser. This functionality should work the same in both the desktop and web Stat client.

    Hi Dennis,

    As attachments, we have different behavior between the client and the web client. About the Web Client also, even if the file is downloaded into the browser Download directory, depending on the browser extension it can be opened in a new browser tab. IE/Edge offers the option to Save or Open and by clicking Open it opens the attachment in the browser.

    Maybe this is not a prompt solution but could achieve the objective.
