Unable to see Peoplesoft connect option even with Admin Rights

Hi,

I have Full Admin rights on STAT but i am still unable to see any line item on Peoplesoft connect options. My co-worker is able to see the line items and we share the same rights on STAT.

Navigation: Maintenance>GENERAL>PEOPLEOSFT CONNECT

Is there a reason why I can't access them?

1. Were you able to view your PS connections before?

2. Compare your user rights against your co-worker.

If they are the identical, please log a case so we can assist you further.
