oracle view changes are not reflecting in archive set but when we checked from backend database changes are there but it is not reflecting in archive set.

I guess you are talking about DB Schema Object. The Baseline Archive Set is the snapshot of the object taken at the time of the archive.

In this case, if you modified the view after the Baseline archive set, you should re-archive it from the Source DB.
