Currently in Stat a "New User" email is sent to new users that tell them their Account ID and Password IF they do NOT have LDAP Enabled.
For users that DO have LDAP Enabled, they do not receive an email. This means that the Stat Administrator must generate their own email to tell them that their account has been set up and what their Stat User ID is.
I think that it would be beneficial for both the new Stat User and the Stat Admin to have an email generated to the new user even if they have LDAP Enabled. Instead of including a Password field in the email, replace it with a comment like "Your password is your LDAP password."
