Turn off message "You can no longer edit this CSR because it is not assigned to you."

Please enable a way to suppress this message. If a user does not have edit access to CSRs that are not assigned to them, this message that pops up everytime the user assigns the CSR to another person gets really old. It requires another click everytime.
