Please allow system administrators to define whether or not the resolution tab of a CSR is required to be filled in. I think "by service domain" would be a great option.

Userid column needs have the ability to be longer than 10 characters.
As we will be using LDAP for authentication, we would like to also mimic userids as they are in AD.
A 10 character limit does not allow this for multiple users (including me).
