Is there any special requirements for moving from 2014 to SQL 2016

For UC Diagnostics, there is not special requirements for moving from 2014 to SQL 2016.

If you are moving UC Diagnostics to another server, you can follow this guide: "Moving UC Diagnostics to a another server" section in deployment guide, page 19.
