uc-a/edit subscription/file share

The option for "file share" is grey out. Do I have to enable something to make this selectable? Or more objectively, rather than email I want to save the .csv stats, what would I have to do?

Hi knguyen,

Please navigate to Admin Settings | Subscriptions, and check "Enable file share as a target output".

No matter when you create an email subscription or a file share subscription, you can select the subscription format as CSV.

Thanks! As suspected, we need to enable something. However, I - being a normal user - cannot do this. I am asking our admin to turn it on. I can validate the resolution in a day or two.
