vRanger7.8 backup job wizard is not work

Hi,I'm asano,I have a trouble

 I install vRanger7.8 in Windows2016Server.

And connected vCemter.

enventry  show normaly,but backup job wizard is not work.

I push ESC key,to escape wizard screen.

Anybody have solution?

    Hi, 

    Some questions here:

    1) What's the version and the build of your vCenter server?

    2) Do you have root credentials for the hosts you want to protect? You can verify this by reviewing your inventory: if the host icon has a small golden key on top of it, please remove them.

    3) What's the hardware version of the VM you want to backup?
