Once you have created automation workflow in workflow designer in ActiveRoles console, you can run it not only from console but from ARS Administrative site as well. In ARS 6.8 Web UI the workflow node is displayed in the objects tree and contains automation workflow objects:
In order to run the workflow from ARS Web UI, you should click the desired workflow and then perform Run command:

ActiveRoles provides a number of Access Templates allowing the administrator to delegate the following tasks related to automation workflow:
- Automation Workflow – Full control; gives delegated administrators full control of automation workflow definitions, including the ability to view and modify workflow definitions, start automation workflow, and view run history.
- Automation Workflow – View; enables delegated administrators to view automation workflow definitions and run history.
- Automation Workflow – View and Run; enables delegated administrators to view automation workflow definitions, start automation workflow, and view run history.
