Great value for a great price. That’s what fans of Costco (myself included) praise about the retail giant. While strolling down its aisles, it’s very easy to find yourself mesmerized by all the quality offers calling for your attention. A 4-slice toaster for $39.99? Three family-size cereal boxes for $6.49? Two 48 oz peanut butter jars for $8.29? Twenty-four cans of cat food for $20.49?!
My cat will feast like royalty.
Just like Costco, The Experts Conference (TEC) 2020 – which will be the virtual Microsoft training event of the year, with practical Active Directory and Office 365 education – offers immense value that you can’t get anywhere else. The actual produce might be different (sorry, we don’t have cat food) but the quality is undeniable.
Let’s find out how.
Not free samples – free courses
Free samples are great. I mean, what beats being offered a toothpick-stabbed piece of cheese while you shop for groceries? But, what if – instead of being offered a small piece – the entire block of cheese was free, AND it was prepared by Gordon Ramsey himself?
I hope you’re following along – there might be a few more analogies on the way.
TEC 2020 provides advanced training tracks on Hybrid Active Directory Security, Office 365 security and/or Migration & Modernization. These aren’t sales pitches or surface-level content – we’re talking 300-400 level sessions with knowledge you can apply right when you get back into the workflow. Provided by Microsoft MVPs, industry experts and leaders, these learning tracks give you the insight to make an immediate impact into your Office 365 and hybrid Active Directory productivity, efficiency, and security.
We’ll be offering numerous sessions from which you can create your own unique experience. As a virtual TEC attendee, you definitely have your own goals to meet during the conference, and your event pass provides you with just that – the ability to mix up tracks and explore any of the sessions on the agenda to suit your unique needs. You can even watch recorded sessions – on 1.5x speed if you’re a fast listener!
Our keynote speakers include:
- Randy Franklin Smith – windows security expert
- Chris McNulty – Sr. Product Manager at Microsoft
- Sean Metcalf – Microsoft Certified Master & founder/CTO of Trimarc Security, LLC
- David Kennedy – founder & CEO of TrustedSec
The best part is you can join these speakers – along with other industry gurus – for free.
Yes, you read that correctly: TEC 2020 is 100% free.
No, we are not crazy.
Well, maybe a little. Keep reading to find out.
CPE credits in bulk
Costco is synonymous for packaging the products you want in large quantities for a special price – it’s just convenient.
So, we figured we’d do the same for CPE credits.
At TEC 2020, you’ll be able to earn up to 17 CPE credits: 7 credits for attending the live virtual keynotes and all the sessions in a track, and 10 more CPEs for watching the session recordings of the other learning tracks.
For you CISSPs, CCSPs, SSPCs, Quest is an official CPE Submitter for (ISC)2, which means that you can join us with confidence knowing that you’re earning CPEs and that we’re submitting them on your behalf!
For all other IT certification agencies, self-report your attendance to TEC sessions with your TEC confirmation email and a copy of the session PPTs (uploaded after the session) for CPE credit.
Pretty good deal, right?
We don’t have lines
Okay, so TEC 2020 isn’t EXACTLY like Costco.
By going virtual, TEC 2020 lets you get world-class Active Directory and Office 365 training, interact with industry leaders and peers, and earn CPE credits – all from the comfort of your home. No waiting for the shopper in front of you to pull the sixth jar of mayonnaise from their cart, no Costco pizza being baked in the cafeteria to tempt you with its delicious aroma, and no awkward small-talk at the register.
It’s you, at home in your pajamas, enjoying a cup of coffee with your well-fed cat sitting in your lap, connecting with Microsoft MVPs, industry and Quest experts, and of course, your peers.
