we are using Desktop Authority Version 10.1.0.976 and we deploy signatures for outlook for our company.
Now we are switching clients one by one from Windows 7 - Office 2010 to Windows 10 - Office 2019
But some things will not be deployed
I run diag and i think this is the problem
14:31:24 Processing Mail Profile elements [1/1] 14:31:24 Notice: Outlook mail profiles will not be created or modified because Outlook is not installed!
Any ideas ?

we have the same problem with Office 2016 32bit on Windows 10.
We already use 11.1
Seems like KACE Desktop Authority is not detecting Outlook for some unknown reason and returns the message KACE Desktop Authority is recording in the sltrace.htm.
In order to review this issue, I recommend you open a support request since we will need to collect the KACE Desktop Authority logs and the machine information for our review and see if we can reproduce the issue in our labs.

Did you ever find the cause of this? I have exactly the same thing happening.. on ONE machine.. Office 2016 32bit on Windows 10, DTA will not process Outlook elements most likely because of this "Notice: Outlook mail profiles will not be created or modified because Outlook is not installed!"

We still looking into this issue. One thing you can try is to install a different Office version.
We don't have that option. It may be a work around, but.. We don't have that option. Both PCs I sent log files for are the same version of office.Todd
