Experiencing Navigation and Performance Issues on Quest.com

I’ve been a regular user of Quest’s products and have always valued the support and reliability they offer. However, I’ve recently encountered several challenges on the Quest.com website that I’d like to highlight. First, I’ve noticed navigation difficulties, where clicking on certain sections like "Data Management" occasionally redirects to a "Page Not Found" error. This inconsistency makes it harder to locate specific resources or documentation quickly. Additionally, the website has been noticeably slow, especially when accessing the support portal. Pages often take 10 seconds or more to load, and in some instances, they time out completely.

I primarily use the latest version of Google Chrome, but I’ve faced issues like unresponsive dropdown menus and embedded videos failing to load. Testing the site on Mozilla Firefox produced similar results. When I ran a diagnostic using an AI computer, it highlighted several issues, including broken links, missing images, and script errors, which might be contributing to the degraded experience.

To troubleshoot, I cleared my browser cache and cookies, disabled extensions, and tested the site on different devices and connections. Unfortunately, these steps didn’t resolve the problems. I wanted to reach out to see if others in the community have faced similar challenges or have found any effective workarounds. Additionally, I hope the Quest team could address these issues to enhance the overall experience.
