Alert - pop-up box

I was playing with one of the Alerts in one of my profiles.  I was causing it create a pop-up box.    Now I can't get ride of the box that is popping up.

I reset the alert to the defaults. I even deleted the profile.  I can't tell where this pop-up is coming from.routerlogin

I reviewed the SLTrace and it didn't offer any clues.  Wondering if you have ideas where I can look?  Thanks!

  • Thanks for sharing — this issue sounds similar to a persistent client-side script or cached router session. If the pop-up is browser-based, clearing the cache and checking localStorage or service workers might help, especially if the alert is being injected via JavaScript tied to the routerlogin domain. Also worth checking is whether any browser extensions or firewall rules are hijacking requests to routerlogin.net. I’ve seen this happen when outdated local DNS entries or rogue redirect rules interfere. A factory reset of the router combined with flushing DNS cache on the client device often resolves these residual pop-up issues.
