custom user report with extensionattributes

The domain users report does not allow me to add Extensionattributes1-15. I have extended the schema in ER to collect the date but i cannot edit the report and include those attributes.

I need a report with the following fields

Display Name
First Name
Last Name

Initials 
SAMaccount
Source Domain
extensionattribute1

extensionattribute4

extensionattribute6

extensionattribute10
Company 
Department
Disabled
Division
Employee ID

Job Title
Manager
Office
Primary SMTP Address
SID
SID History
UPN

msExchExtensionAttribute16 through 44

    Hi Peter,

    yes the server has been restarted several times since the schema was extended.

    I would like to request that all the extensionattributes are included. I have had a need in the past to report on all or a combination of them.

    How long do you think it will take to produce this report? My client is on a time crunch.
