Just wanted to give a shout-out to Eric Tejada with support. I had a great experience. He replied quickly to my requests, and was very creative in solving my problem. It turns out I needed a feature on Toad for Oracle DBA edition that was taken out after version 13, the Java Manager utility. Eric sent me the Version 13 download, and it looks like I'm going to be able to do the work I needed to do. All this only took about an hour!
