Is there a way to archive/delete emails from specific email address on the global level?

Is there a way to archive/delete emails from specific email address on the global level? For example. We would like to make sure scanned documents from copiers that are coming from copier@companyemailaddress.com can be removed from user's mailbox after 30 days.

 

Please let me know if there a way to achieve this with email archiver for exchange.

    Hi Igor,

     

    yes, we can archive emails based on the From: field email address. However, it does require specific script to be applied on Group level and also will slow down archiving performance. For script, please, open a new ticket on our customer portal and specify email address details. For deletion, you can create separate retention for this group and run Deletion job to delete required emails.
