Is there a way to archive/delete emails from specific email address on the global level? For example. We would like to make sure scanned documents from copiers that are coming from copier@companyemailaddress.com can be removed from user's mailbox after 30 days.
Please let me know if there a way to achieve this with email archiver for exchange.
