RUM agents stopped after running for few hours

RUM agents starts--> did discovery --> Comes OK --> It runs for 10 hours an approximately.--> It stopped with out processing.

    Good Day,

    If you are processing a server with the RUM UI, it's not surprising that things can take a long time and appear to do little.  Review the corresponding log, this should help you understand what's happening.  

    If it doesn't help, open a Service Request with the support team for assistance, and we'd be happy to help.
