Limitation for DirSync

Does anyone knows limitations of QMAD for the DirSync? I see that the cached memory runs against a 2 GB border (what is the maximum for addressable memory) and then after a whiel the eror message "out of memory" will be raised. After this, the process seems to run, but it will not synchronize objects anymore.

There is somewhere a critical number of objects listed - 1 Mio. But the problem I see already reaching less than 100K objects on the InitialSync. Any hints?

There is no limitation to the Synchronization. It handles a set amount of tasks at once, 100 per 'Page', using the MSMQ system, then moves on to the next 'page'. The biggest limitation is the MSMQ storage limits. If these are increased, the Synchronization does not encounter limits.

Thanks a lot, this was a good hint. I checked the DSA Server and the message queue length was defined by 400 MB. I changed this to 10 GB and restart the services. Now it is working again and the mysterious memory consumption is gone directly (now it takes ~40 MB only, before already after 2 min >200 MB).
