They are filtered by the domain or forest trust by default. You must change the trust to disable sid filtering (domain trust) or quarantine (forested trust) .

Additionally Sidhistory for Built-in and well know objects cam not be migrated. If you can figure out how to migrate it, They will be filtered by the secure channels of all domain members. This applies to Domain Users and others.
