No custom domain when migrating an account

Hello, we are trying to migrate an account and would like to use a custom domain as target address and not the The custom domain exists in the target tenant and it is written that we must do a discovery task to get the domains but it never appears and the discory task is for the source domain (accounts).

What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks for the update. Yes, the KB article you found is correct. ODM is unable to manage federated domains in Office 365. In this case there are two options:

    1.) Create the accounts manually in the target Office 365 tenant using the desired domain and use the Match or map from file feature in ODM to match the source accounts to the target accounts.

    2.) In the account migration wizard, select a domain that ODM is able to display/manage. Then, after the migration project is complete, then you can change the UPN and/or primary SMTP address to the desired value.
