Introducing Partner Circle for Managed Services Providers
As unveiled during the Microsoft Inspire conference, we’re happy to announce we are formally recognizing Managed Services Providers (MSP) and Cloud Solution Providers (CSP) in our partner program. Whether you’re interested in VROOM, Quest on Demand, SharePlex, Foglight or any other solutions, we’ve just adjusted our program so you get access to more benefits and support.
Welcoming new Accreditations and Certifications
You asked and we listened! We just launched a brand new accreditation path in the Information management space: Database Replication & Backup. This new accreditation will give you a detailed overview of the power of SharePlex, from a Sales and Presales standpoint. Learn how to articulate its value proposition, the key selling points and how to run a demo. More training material will follow in the future.
This curriculum is recognized as part of the Partner Circle program and will get you an opportunity of being promoted, based on the standard program requirements.
Rebate Enrollment process/instructions
If you are a partner with a Silver, Gold or Platinum tier, you may be eligible for rebates. The first step in this eligibility is to enroll in the program if invited. Invitations are based on revenue performance over the past four quarters. Please access your Partner Circle Portal Account, go to the MDF & Incentives page under the “Sales/Marketing” dropdown and click on “Access Now” on the right side of the page. This will bring you to your “My Actions” section of the Program Details, where you’ll be presented with any rebate programs for which you are eligible. Then click on “Enroll Now”, review the Guidelines document, check the “Accept” box and click on “Submit”. You’ll then be able to monitor rebate progress against your target as the quarter progresses in the “Incentive Statement” section. This enrollment process needs to be done quarterly and can be completed by anyone in your organization that has access to the MDF and Incentives tool. Earned rebates cannot be paid unless this enrollment process is completed, so please attend to this as soon as it is convenient.
